Recruitment FAQ
How should I prepare for an interview?
It’s always good to take some time and reflect before the interview. Think of different situations in your career in which you demonstrated qualities, skills, and knowledge needed for the job you applied for. Think of how you will describe them.
It’s good to follow the STAR model to prepare comprehensive answers. Depending on the role, the interview might have different formulas e.g. including not only conversation but test or role play. You will get general information on what to expect from your recruiter.
How long would I wait for the feedback after the interview?
Usually, it’s a matter of a week. In case we expect a delay, we will make sure you receive information about that as well. At any point you can ask the Talent Acquisition Specialist handling your application about the progress.

Do you hire students?
Yes, we do! There are a lot of opportunities for students. However, not all the vacancies allow for flexible working hours.
Do you offer internships?
Yes, it happens that we offer internships. If that’s the case, we will make sure it’s mentioned in the job advertisement.
