The CEE Business Services Awards event, held in Warsaw on 25–26 February, brought together business services leaders from across the region for two days of discussion, collaboration and insight.
Sterling was represented by Harry Virdee (CEO) and Adam Whitmarsh (Chief Experience Officer), who joined peers to explore some of the most pressing issues shaping the industry today. Sessions covered topics ranging from artificial intelligence and digital transformation to the wider geopolitical landscape affecting global business.
The programme provided an excellent opportunity to step back from day-to-day operations and exchange ideas with leaders from across Central and Eastern Europe. Sterling’s CEO also played an active role in the event. Virdee moderated a panel discussion, where business leaders explored the transformation of the industry and the direction it is heading.
