“This is something that will shape our future—whether we can attract talent and whether we can draw more people not only from within the country but from around the world to build their careers and lives here.”
This belief is what drives us to keep investing in our people and making Poland a top service hub.
Our Plans for the Future
As part of our growth strategy, Sterling has welcomed 100 employees to the new Łódź hub in the past month—and we’re just getting started! As our Director of Customer Experience, Adam Whitmarsh, pointed out, the goal is to grow to 500 people in the next two to three years.
